Congratulations on the purchase of your Eco-6 Water Remineraliser for Reverse Osmosis units.
Fill in date of installation and advised replacement date on product label with a permanent marker.
This is what the finalised install will look like.
Ensure that tubing is 6mm or 1/4” in diameter before starting.
If you require larger fittings, please contact our Hotline on 0861 474 231 to speak to Installation professionals who can offer alternative fittings to you.
Locate the isolation valve for the water supply to the Reverse Osmosis system.
Turn said isolation valve off.
Trace the tube/water feed from the RO system to the designated RO tap.
This will be the last tube which supplies the RO water to the dispensing tap.
Select an appropriate distance along this tube.
The Eco-6 filter has a wall mounting bracket supplied, allow enough slack in the tubing to mount the filter on a designated wall/inner cupboard.
Cut the above tubing.
Mount the wall mounting bracket for the Eco-6 filter.
Fit tubing to the Eco-6 filter.
Simply push end of the newly cut tube into each end of the Eco-6.
Mount the Eco-6 onto the wall.
Simply push the Eco-6 into the wall mounting bracket.
Turn the water back on.
Use the isolation valve to slowly re-introduce the flow of water into the system. By doing this through incremental adjustments you can check for any leaks whilst slowly increasing pressure and flow.
